What we store
Your name, email, institute profile, and the exams, student lists and results you create. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID — never your Google password.
Answer sheet images
Answer sheets are read on your device. Images are only stored when a sheet is flagged for manual review, so you can check it later.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Sessions are signed, expire automatically and can be revoked from Settings. Repeated failed sign-in attempts are temporarily blocked.
Who can see your data
Only signed-in members of your institute account. OMNIA administrators can see institute profile details and usage counts in order to approve and support accounts.
AI processing
When you use OMNIA AI, the content you submit is sent to our AI provider solely to generate questions and is not used by OMNIA for any other purpose.
Deleting your data
Contact the OMNIA team to delete your institute account. Deletion permanently removes your exams, students and results.
