Using OMNIA
OMNIA provides tools to create examinations, print OMR answer sheets, scan and evaluate them, and produce results. By creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to act for the institute you register.
Accounts and approval
Institute accounts are reviewed before activation. OMNIA may pause or close accounts that are inactive, misused, or that provide inaccurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Your content
Exams, questions, student records and results that you add remain yours. You grant OMNIA only the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service.
OMNIA AI
AI-generated questions are suggestions and may contain mistakes. Always review questions and answer keys before using them in an examination.
Evaluation accuracy
OMNIA reads answer sheets automatically and flags uncertain marks for review. Institutes remain responsible for verifying results before publishing them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
